Julie is a highly accomplished San Diego Real Estate Broker and the founder of Initiative Real Estate, Inc. Born and raised in Liverpool, England, Julie lived across Europe—including Belgium, Germany, Spain, and the Canary Islands—before moving to the United States and discovering her passion for Real Estate. Since launching her firm in 1996, she has built a 30-year reputation rooted in integrity, dedication, and a deeply personalized approach to client service.

Julie holds elite industry credentials that set her apart from the competition. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a distinction held by fewer than 3% of licensed Realtors nationwide, and a Risk Management Specialist (RMS), an innovative designation achieved by less than 1% of agents in San Diego. Beyond her business, Julie became a U.S. citizen in 2009 and actively gives back to her community, having served on the boards of the British American Business Council and the Prevent Drowning Foundation of San Diego.
